As Duyyshev noted, the "FSH-14" program has already been activated, and potential borrowers can contact bank branches to submit their applications. However, without prior registration in the electronic queue, it will not be possible to obtain a loan.
The Deputy Minister added that after the program is launched, financial institutions are required to actively inform citizens. Currently, banks have already begun publishing clarifications in their branches and on social media platforms.
He also urged farmers and agricultural producers to submit their applications in advance and join the queue to participate in the program.
