Over the past five years, there has been a positive trend in local budget revenues, which have increased by 22.1 billion soms, equivalent to a growth of 3.6 times.
The actual revenues of the local budget for 2025 amounted to 30.6 billion soms, which is 3.8% higher than the adjusted plan, or 1.1 billion soms more than planned.
In terms of tax revenues, 20,363.1 million soms were received, which corresponds to a plan execution level of 105.4%, exceeding the established indicator by 1,036.6 million soms. Compared to 2024, the growth rate of actual tax revenues was 122.5% (actual revenues – 16,626.0 million soms, an increase compared to the previous year – 3,737.1 million soms).
Non-tax revenues amounted to 2.9 billion soms, while targeted transfers reached 7.3 billion soms.
