- On the radio, the chief specialist of the municipal land market department of the Bishkek mayor's office, Talantbek Ismailov, spoke about how the process of allocating land for electric charging stations is carried out.

Ismailov noted that anyone, whether an individual or a legal entity, can submit an application to the Bishkek city mayor's office, which is the authorized body. The application must include a map of the plot — it is permissible to use Google Maps, as well as a photo of the plot and a copy of the passport or, in the case of legal entities, a decision on the company's registration," he explained.

After the application is registered, it is sent to Bishkek City Architecture for determining the boundaries of the land plot.

“If the decision is positive, the mayor's office prepares an architectural and technical conclusion, which is returned back. Then the documents are reviewed by a commission that deals with the allocation of land for light-type facilities. If the decision is positive, a lease agreement is concluded, which specifies the duration of land use and other conditions, including the amount of rent. The lease term can be up to three years,” Ismailov added.

According to him, since the beginning of 2023, 82 plots have already been allocated for electric charging stations in Bishkek, covering a total area of 4,870 square meters, amounting to 2 million 527 thousand soms. The amount of monthly rent is fixed in the lease agreement.
