Kyrgyzstan completes integration into the unified control system of the EAEU

The Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan has announced the completion of an important stage in the integration process aimed at creating a unified digital space with the EAEU member states. According to the press service of the ministry, 15 key processes have already been covered, relating to four main areas, including veterinary control and seed production.

As of today, 80% of the planned systems have not only been developed but also successfully implemented into industrial operation. The veterinary block has demonstrated the highest degree of automation, having introduced eight processes that ensure automatic document processing, management of unified registries, and product monitoring. This creates a transparent traceability system for agricultural products, minimizing barriers to export.

In the area of phytosanitary control, three processes have been launched, allowing for instant data exchange on quarantine objects, phytosanitary certificates, and temporary restrictions in electronic format. This innovation helps participating countries respond quickly to risks and avoid unnecessary delays at borders without justified reasons.

In seed production, the final stage is being completed — connecting to the unified register of agricultural plant varieties.

The results of this large-scale digitalization are becoming evident: a secure space is being formed among the member states of the union. The implementation of such processes has already led to increased transparency in trade, making the export of Kyrgyz products clearer and protected from unnecessary bureaucratic delays on the international stage.
