By the end of 2025, beef imports from Russia increased by 19%

- The import of cattle from Russia to Kyrgyzstan increased by 26% by the end of 2025. These figures were announced based on information provided by the National Statistical Committee.

According to the agency's data, from January to December 2025, the republic purchased 24,000 head of cattle for a total of $7 million. This is 26% more compared to 2024, when 19,000 head were imported for $5 million.

The main supplies of cattle to Kyrgyzstan came from the following countries:
