Requirements for individuals and individual entrepreneurs will apply until May 1.
The State Tax Service has announced the necessity of submitting a unified tax declaration for legal entities and public servants, the deadline for which is April 1, 2026.
The mandatory filers of the declaration include:
– domestic companies, except for those funded from the state budget and having no obligations for property tax;
– foreign firms operating in the territory of Kyrgyzstan through permanent establishments;
– state and municipal officials;
– members of the Judicial Selection Council, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, as well as the board of the National Bank.
For individuals and individual entrepreneurs, the deadline for submitting the declaration is set for May 1.
The declaration must be submitted in electronic format through the "Taxpayer's Cabinet" on the website Cabinet.salyk.kg. It should include information about income and expenses, activities, real estate, land plots, and the amount of taxes paid for the reporting period.
