According to the press service of the STS, the process of submitting declarations will take place in two stages: legal entities and civil servants are required to submit their declarations by April 1, while individuals and individual entrepreneurs must do so by May 1.
The deadline for submitting the declaration is April 1:
- domestic companies (except for budget organizations that have no tax obligations on property tax);
- foreign firms operating in Kyrgyzstan and having a permanent representation;
- state and municipal employees;
- members of the Judicial Selection Council, the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda, as well as the board of the National Bank.
- individual entrepreneurs (except those operating in special conditions trade zones, on a patent basis or at unified tax rates of 0%, 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1%, as well as peasant farms without legal status);
- citizens of Kyrgyzstan working in international organizations and diplomatic missions of foreign states;
- individuals who have received taxable income from which income tax was not withheld.
Other categories of citizens, including those wishing to receive social or property deductions, may submit their declarations on a voluntary basis.The tax declaration should be submitted electronically through the taxpayer's personal account on the website cabinet.salyk.kg.
In the declaration, it is necessary to provide information about income, expenses, economic activities, real estate, land plots, as well as the amounts of taxes paid for the reporting period.
