Obligation to submit the declaration:
- applies to domestic organizations, except for those funded from the budget and not subject to property tax for the reporting period;
- concerns foreign organizations that operate in the territory of Kyrgyzstan and have a permanent representative office;
- includes state and municipal officials;
- affects citizens of Kyrgyzstan working in international organizations within the country;
- obligates individuals from whom income tax has not been withheld on taxable income;
- also applies to members of the Judicial Selection Council, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, and the board of the National Bank.
