As part of its activities, the service registered new stock issues for six companies and granted permission to the confectionery factory "Kulikovskiy" to organize a lottery called "Umraga Sapar."
According to information provided by the press service, among the newly registered market players were JSC "Vog" and JSC "Ala-Too Resort." Additional emissions and reports on investment shares were approved for the following organizations:
- JSC "Belen Group";
- JSC MFC "Abiyir Finance";
- JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan";
- LLC "Erkindik Finance".
In the field of consumer lending, licenses for pawnshop activities were also issued to new companies "Tumar Garant" and "Omega Express."
The representative office of the company "Micro Capital" in Bishkek has been officially closed.
The register of auditing organizations has been supplemented with new participants: "Progress Audit," "Grand Audit," and "Business Process Solution." Additionally, eight new specialists have been registered in the state register of auditors.
It is worth noting that in 2025, the licenses of 35 pawnshops in the country were suspended.
