These fees were established based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 12, 2023, No. 352 "On the amounts of fees for registration, re-registration in the Unified State Register of auditors, auditing organizations, and professional auditing associations, and for the maintenance of the Unified State Register."
Established Fee Amounts
One-time fee for registration and re-registration:
- auditors — 10 calculation indicators;
- auditing organizations — 20 calculation indicators;
- auditing organizations authorized to audit public interest entities — 20 calculation indicators.
Annual fee for maintaining the Unified State Register:
- auditors — 20 calculation indicators;
- auditing organizations — 100 calculation indicators;
- auditing organizations permitted to conduct audits of public interest entities — 500 calculation indicators.
The department also noted that the annual fee for maintaining the Unified State Register must be paid no later than January 30.
