The document also introduces allowances:
- for managing two projects — 15%, three — 20%, four or more — 25%;
- for work experience in international projects: from 3 to 5 years — 10%, over 5 years — 20%.
The highest basic salary is set for the project leader (director or manager), amounting to 182,000 soms per month.
For deputy leaders, financial managers, coordinators, and chief procurement specialists, the salary is set at 150,000 soms.
Procurement specialists will receive 142,500 soms, while accountants and payment specialists will earn 133,000 soms.
Support staff, including office managers, secretaries, administrative assistants, and drivers, have a salary of 49,000 soms, while for regional support staff, it will be 42,000 soms.
Additionally, rates for short-term consultants have been defined: up to 231,000 soms for contracts up to 6 months and up to 165,000 soms for contracts lasting 6–12 months. Separate salary scales for translators are set at 98,000 soms, and for secretary-translators and office-manager-translators — 105,000 soms.
Executive agencies responsible for such projects are required to withhold income tax and social fund contributions from the salaries of these employees on a monthly basis.
The previous resolution dated July 12, 2022, No. 371 is hereby repealed. The new salary scales will take effect from January 1, 2026.
