The meeting held by the Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev with representatives of government agencies and presidential envoys in the regions served as a platform for discussing two new initiatives within the framework of the "Government Accelerators" program, which are planned to be implemented within 100 days.

The first of the proposed initiatives aims to simplify the identification of goods for participants in foreign economic activity. Adylbek Kasymaliev noted that the lack of a unified digital mechanism leads to delays in processing that can reach 14 days and increases costs for businesses. As a solution, the implementation of a "single window," automation of inter-agency interaction, and the establishment of a maximum timeframe for clarifications on goods — no more than three working days — are proposed.

The second proposal concerns the reform of the medical examination process for conscripts. The main idea is to transfer medical examinations from military enlistment offices to primary healthcare institutions, create a unified electronic registry, and fully digitize the results of examinations. The pilot project will begin in the Alamedin district and will cover about 700 people.

Kasymaliev emphasized that heads of government agencies bear personal responsibility for the quality and timely implementation of these initiatives.
