The agenda included issues related to preparations for the autumn-winter season of 2025–2026, as well as a report from the Ministry of Energy.
In addition, representatives from the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, the State Border Service, and presidential representatives in the regions reported on the situation in their areas and noted the absence of serious problems.
As a result of the meeting, Bakyt Torobaev instructed all relevant state and municipal institutions to operate in an enhanced mode during the heating season. He emphasized the importance of uninterrupted fuel supply to the population and social facilities, stable electricity and heating supply, as well as readiness for possible changes in weather conditions.
