The former chairman of the State Tax Service, Altynbek Abduvayev, and his deputy, Islambek Kydyrgychov, received their sentences, as reported by the court.
The Lenin District Court of Bishkek, considering the case, issued its decision on December 25, 2025. A.A.K. was found guilty under articles 337 part 3 and 337 part 3 of the Criminal Code. Based on article 77 of the Criminal Code, he was fined 4000 calculation indicators, which amounts to 400,000 soms, and was deprived of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities.
The deputy A.A.K., K.I.N., was also found guilty under article 337 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The court imposed a fine of 3000 calculation indicators, that is, 300,000 soms, with a similar deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities.
Additionally, T.A.A. was found guilty under articles 41 part 4, 337 part 3, and 267 part 2 of the Criminal Code. In his case, the court also determined a penalty in the form of a fine equal to 3300 calculation indicators, which amounts to 330,000 soms, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities.
Furthermore, A.A.K. and K.I.N. were stripped of their special ranks, class ranks, and state awards.
Regarding the measure of restraint for A.A.K. and K.I.N., a decision was made to change their detention to a subscription not to leave until the sentence comes into legal force. At the same time, for T.A.A., the measure of restraint remained unchanged — a subscription not to leave.
