It is worth noting that on August 5, the demolition of fences and business facilities began in the residential area 'Kok-Zhar' in sector No. 172, located at the intersection of Akhunbaev and Dostoevsky streets.
At a press conference on August 7, residents of sector No. 172, including Beknazar Aytaliev, appealed to President Sadyr Japarov and the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) Kamchybek Tashiev, requesting to stop the unregulated demolition of individual residential houses that fall under land amnesty.
The city mayor, Aibek Junushaliev, reported that there are 209 completed residential houses, 85 built foundations, 78 unfinished constructions, and 13 business facilities, including service stations, workshops, and stores in the new buildings. He urged residents who built their houses illegally to restore their land plots to their original condition.
