This plot has an area of 8.83 hectares and is located within the rural municipality of Jazy in the Uzgen district. Previously, this land plot was state-owned and classified as "Water Fund Lands."
According to the new decision, the plot has been reclassified to "Lands for Industry, Transport, Communications, Energy, Defense, and Other Purposes."
In accordance with the aforementioned resolution, the state administration of the Uzgen district is required to:
- make amendments to the land accounting documentation;
- develop and approve urban planning documentation;
- ensure the use of the plot exclusively for its intended purpose;
- comply with sanitary and environmental standards;
- ensure safe water drainage, conduct anti-seismic measures, and monitor hazardous processes;
- take measures for land expropriation in case of its non-target use;
- ensure the protection of potential historical and cultural heritage sites;
- pay compensation for losses and lost profits from agricultural and forestry production.
This resolution will come into effect 10 days after its official publication.
