Erkinbaeva Dinara Baktybekovna was born on January 17, 1986, in Kara-Suu, Osh region. In 2009, she completed her studies at the Faculty of Judicial and Prosecutorial Studies of the Osh State Law Institute;

Akylbekov Maksat Janbolotovich
Akylbekov Maksat Janbolotovich was born on April 10, 1991.
He is a graduate of the Kyrgyz State Law University and also received education at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of state and municipal management and at the Kyrgyz National University in management and business.
Career:
- 03.2024 - 03.2026 - worked in various positions at the State Tax Service;
- 04.2021 - 12.2021 – consultant to a deputy in the apparatus of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- 03.2017 - 09.2019 – chief specialist of the legal department at the State Judicial Expert Service;
- 2014 - 2017 – lawyer in a private company.
