From November 1, 2025, to January 16, 2026, 140,264 citizens of Kyrgyzstan used the self-restriction service for crediting, as reported by the National Bank.
The new financial security mechanism, called "Self-Restriction on Credit," came into effect on November 1, 2025. Its goal is to protect users' personal data from fraudsters.
Instructions for setting up self-restriction through the "Tunduk" app.
Download or open the "Tunduk" app.
Go to the "Services" section -> "Self-Restriction on Credit".
Select a bureau – "Ishenim" or "SES".
Click on "Enable Self-Restriction" -> Done!
You can remove the self-restriction at any time (after 12 hours with the option to cancel).
If you see the message "Service temporarily unavailable," try updating the app and try again.
