The State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing was visited by Kanaybek Tumanbaev, the President's Chief of Staff. He explained to citizens how the process of replacing indefinite driver's licenses works.

Tumanbaev noted that the queues in the institutions arose due to a lack of understanding of the rules regarding the medical certificate form 083 and the functioning of the "Tunduk" system.

He emphasized that a certificate 083 is not required for replacing indefinite licenses. This document is only necessary for those obtaining a driver's license for the first time.

“If you already have a license, a certificate 083 is not required. It is only needed for the initial issuance of a license to assess the driver's health,” he added.

Tumanbaev urged citizens to avoid forming queues and to use online services through the "Tunduk" application.

According to him, the system is currently being updated and will soon operate at full capacity, including the possibility of free license replacements.

Moreover, he assured that for those who cannot replace their license by February 15, the deadline will be extended without penalties.

There is no need to stand in queues. It’s better to go home, wait for the service to launch, and replace your license online without unnecessary hassle.

The state center added that some service points operate without weekends to reduce the load and improve the situation.
