The head of the president's office, Kanibek Tumanbaev, reported that a medical certificate of form 083 is no longer required for the replacement of a permanent driver's license.
He noted that from January 15 to February 15 of this year, citizens of Kyrgyzstan will be able to replace their permanent licenses for free without the need to undergo a medical commission.
“Many people are asking questions about the queues for the form 083 certificate. I want to clarify that this certificate is not needed when replacing a permanent license; it is only required when obtaining a driver's license for the first time,” Tumanbaev added.
To carry out the replacement, it will be sufficient to provide a valid identification document.
In addition, changes are expected in the "Tündük" system, where the certificate is still required.
