The press service noted that some points operate without days off, which is related to the high number of citizens not registered in Bishkek but in need of document replacement.
Institution specialists assure that they will assist everyone who seeks their services.
At the same time, it is worth noting that the exchange of driver's licenses through the "Tunduk" portal is currently unavailable.
Representatives of JSC "Tunduk" confirmed that the service is temporarily unavailable but promise that after the update of the application, which is currently being prepared, online exchanges will resume.
The company explained that the temporary unavailability is related to the modernization of the service, which includes expanding functionality and adding free license exchanges.
We remind you that in November 2024, mandatory replacement of indefinite driver's licenses issued from 2009 to 2012 was introduced. At the same time, free exchanges are available until February 15 of this year. Previously, a form 083 certificate was required to obtain it, but after a large number of appeals to clinics, this requirement was canceled due to dissatisfaction from citizens and doctors.
The director of the State Agency for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing of the Kyrgyz Republic, Tynchbek Saidov, stated that the exchange of driver's licenses will be available at any time throughout the year, but at a set cost of 779 soms. All other categories of citizens can receive services in the usual manner.
