The President's Chief of Staff reported that previously, when applying through the "Tündük" system, a medical certificate of form 083 was automatically required. However, starting Monday, this requirement will be canceled for the replacement of old driver's licenses, allowing citizens to process their replacements online without leaving their homes.
In conclusion, he urged citizens to follow the established procedure to avoid queues:
• those whose licenses are not digitized and do not appear in the "Tündük" system are recommended to apply in person for replacement;
• those whose licenses are displayed in the "Tündük" system will find it more convenient to process their replacement online.
This approach contributes to increasing the security of documents and simplifies the interaction of citizens with government authorities.
