- In September 2025, the annual inflation in Kyrgyzstan was 8.9%, reports the National Bank.

According to the regulator, the rise in inflation is due to high volatility in food prices on the global market, as well as the challenging situation in the market for petroleum products in Russia and an increase in external demand for certain types of local products.

The National Bank also noted that the main threats to the country's economy are of external origin: these include fluctuations in food and energy resource prices, uncertainty in the international economic situation, and a possible increase in domestic demand due to rising household incomes.
