Fairs in Bishkek are held every Saturday and Sunday. They are organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry in cooperation with the city administration. Residents of Bishkek have the opportunity to purchase food products at prices lower than market rates.

The main task of the fairs is to curb price increases, ensure the availability of products for socially vulnerable groups of the population, support local producers, and maintain stability in the domestic market.
In Bishkek, the fairs will take place at the following addresses:
- the square named after T. Usubaliev;
- the corner of I. Razzakov and Abdumomunov streets;
- Erkindik Boulevard (Pervomaisky District).
- products must comply with sanitary and hygienic standards and be of high quality;
- prices must be lower than market rates;
- a confirmation letter from the district agricultural administration must be provided.
