Since 2011, within the framework of seven leasing programs carried out through OJSC "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank," agrarians have been receiving machinery and equipment for processing on preferential terms: the leasing period is seven years with an interest rate of 6% per annum.
To date, as part of state support, 9,863 units of equipment have been transferred to farmers for a total amount of 27.9 billion soms, of which 2,853 units worth 9.8 billion soms were issued in 2025.
These actions contribute to improving the quality of mechanized services and the development of the agricultural sector in the country.
