During an interview with one of the TV channels, he noted that the average salary in the ministry is approximately 150,000 soms, while in some departments it reaches 500,000 soms.
According to Oruntaev, the ministry's departments operate on a self-financing principle, and employees have narrow specializations and are in high demand in the labor market.
“Among them are many architects, builders, designers, and engineers whose work is valued and competitive. These professionals check project documentation and technical solutions for multi-story buildings and complex engineering structures, as well as ensure that these objects comply with established standards,” he noted.
The minister emphasized that the salary level of employees reflects their qualifications and degree of responsibility.
