The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the Action Plan for 2026 for the implementation of the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic, which is designed until 2030. This decision was signed by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The main directions of the Plan include industrialization, the formation of a regional hub, the development of agriculture and tourism, as well as an emphasis on "green" energy.
In the field of industrialization, the goal is to double the volume of industrial production by 2030 and to create at least five technoparks in the regions.
Regarding the creation of a regional hub, the geostrategic position of Kyrgyzstan, located on major trade routes between key centers of economic growth, provides an opportunity to occupy an important position in international transit transportation.
For the agricultural sector, the goal is to increase agricultural production by 30% and to double the volume of processing.
"Green" energy is considered a key element of this action plan of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Personal responsibility has also been established for the heads of state institutions in Kyrgyzstan, the authorized representatives of the President in the regions, and the heads of local self-government for the quality and timely execution of the tasks outlined in the Plan.
