Four key areas are highlighted in this plan: the development of the industrial sector, the creation of a regional hub, agricultural production and tourism, as well as green energy.
The goal for industrialization is to double the volume of industrial production by 2030 and to create at least five technology parks in various regions of the country.
In the field of agriculture, it is planned to increase production volume by 30% and to double the processing of agricultural products. Green energy will play a central role in the implementation of all activities outlined in the plan.
In addition, personal responsibility will be introduced for heads of government agencies, authorized representatives of the president in the regions, and heads of local self-government.
