The return of 30 hectares of agricultural land in the Masanči area occurred after an investigation conducted by the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of investigative actions, former shareholders and employees of JSC "Zhemish" agreed to voluntarily transfer these land plots, which will allow for the expansion of the urban territory. The municipal authorities of Karakol intend to use this land to create a new residential area, the cost of which is estimated at more than 22 million soms.
