Chotonov Aibek Ozubekovich has decided to resign from the position of First Deputy Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovations of Kyrgyzstan at his own request. This information was officially confirmed by an order signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.
