In accordance with the new Decree, changes are made to the President's document "On the Structure and Composition of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated October 12, 2021, No. 425:
1. In the President's decree in paragraph 1:
– the sixth paragraph will be rephrased as follows:
“– Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic;”;
– a new paragraph of the twenty-seventh content is added:
“– State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.”.
2. The Border Service, previously part of the State Committee for National Security, has been transformed into the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:
– must align its decisions with this Decree;
– take other measures arising from this Decree.
4. The Decree comes into force from the moment of its official publication.
