During the discussion, Deputy Baktyyar Kalpaev proposed to complete the ongoing repair and construction works on the roads of the Kadamjai district in the Batken region, emphasizing the settlements of Shybran, Sovet, and Ak-Turpak. Deputy Temirlan Aitieyev expressed interest in the status of the construction of the Northern Bypass Road of Bishkek and called for the completion of the asphalting of roads in the villages of Dostuk, Sydykov, and Chokmorov in the Chui region.
Deputy Erkinbek Isenaliev inquired about the ministry's plans for the construction of a bypass road in the city of Kemin, pointing out the high frequency of traffic accidents caused by intense traffic. Bakhridin Shabazov highlighted the need for the construction of a bridge in the village of Sary-Jon on the Bishkek-Isyk-Ata highway. Bakyt Chomoev emphasized the importance of creating an underground pedestrian crossing on the Bishkek–Kara-Balta highway, noting that there is a school in the area and accidents involving children frequently occur. In response to these questions, Beknazar Bazaraliyev noted that the construction of an underground crossing on the 28 km section of the road is included in the title list for the current year, with 10 million soms allocated for financing. Deputy Rakhmat Junushbaeva asked about the progress of the reconstruction of the Jetty-Oguz-Koysary road.
