The investigative service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has opened a criminal case under Article 342 "Receiving a Bribe" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with this incident.
As a result of operational activities, T.M., who previously held the position of head of correctional colony No. 27 of the State Penitentiary Service, was detained. He is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs, and investigative actions are ongoing.
