According to representatives of the Agency, the draft document defines the procedure for interaction between the Ministry of Defense and credit institutions to provide military personnel with the opportunity to defer loans and to accurately indicate service information in credit reports.
Additionally, the draft states that banks and microfinance organizations must check the status of individuals of conscription age when applying for a loan. If the credit report indicates that a person is currently serving or has served in the military, they will be denied a loan, the document notes.
The discussion of the draft is open on the "Open NPA" platform and will last until February 3.
