This case has been registered in the automated information system of the Bishkek City Police Department, and an initial investigation is currently underway.
Employees of the Special Operations Department of the Bishkek City Police and the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted operational search activities, as a result of which the identities of the individuals appearing in the video were established. These individuals are T.K., S.S., and M.M., all born in 1991. They have been detained and handed over to the Investigative Service of the Bishkek City Police Department.
Currently, examinations have been appointed to assess the legality of their actions, and additional checks are being conducted. Based on the results of the investigations, a decision will be made in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
