“This incident has been registered in the automated information system of the Internal Affairs Directorate, and a preliminary investigation has been initiated. Employees of the investigative department of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek, together with the State Committee for National Security, conducted operational search activities and identified the individuals captured in the video. They are T. K., S. S., and M. M., all born in 1991. The young men were taken to the investigative service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, where they apologized to the public. Relevant examinations have been appointed for legal assessment of their actions, and verification activities are ongoing. A decision will be made in accordance with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan,” the statement said.
