In 2025, work began in the Naryn region on the installation and replacement of reinforced concrete poles, which were manufactured at the local electrical network plant. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of these activities aimed at providing quality and stable electricity to the residents of the region, 3,233 reinforced concrete poles were installed in various districts of the Naryn region.
The work on the replacement and installation of poles as part of the capital construction was distributed as follows:
1. At-Bashinsky RES — 771 pcs.;
2. Ak-Talinsky RES — 249 pcs.;
3. Jumgalinsky RES — 220 pcs.;
4. Kochkorsky RES — 577 pcs.;
5. Naryn RES — 496 pcs.;
6. Toguz-Toroisky RES — 184 pcs.
Additionally, during repair and restoration work, 736 reinforced concrete poles were replaced and installed. In 2026, it is planned to produce 5,316 such products, which will then be distributed across the districts. As part of the upcoming repair campaign, according to the capital construction plans, the installation of another 2,560 poles is expected in the region.
It is worth noting that on August 31, 2024, new workshops for the production of reinforced concrete poles were opened in Naryn, and in November 2025 in the village of Cholpon in the Kochkor district. The opening of these facilities allowed the enterprise to fully meet its needs and eliminate the necessity for purchases from external suppliers.
