Inspectors from the Talas Regional Office of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department conducted a raid during which they discovered the construction of an asphalt concrete plant that was not registered in the construction registry.
The plant is located on the 78th contour, on the outskirts of the village of Chon-Kara-Buura in the Aitmatov district. According to available data, construction work is 70% complete, and the plant has already begun its operations.
As a result of the inspection, a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed on the LLC "Granite Trans Service," and an order was issued to register the facility in accordance with established regulations.
Work to check all construction sites in the city of Talas continues regularly.
