Depending on the region, processing enterprises set different prices for raw materials, reaching a maximum of 48 soms. According to the official statement from the ministry, milk prices vary across different areas: in the Chui region — from 35 to 47 soms, in the Talas region — from 32 to 41 soms, and in the Issyk-Kul region — from 34 to 48 soms.
It is also worth noting that according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 724 dated December 2, 2024, the base price for raw milk is established for products with a fat content of 3.4%.
