In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, the level of air pollution has reached an alarming mark, exceeding the norms by twice, as reported by Kyrgyzhydromet.

During the monitoring conducted from February 20 to 26, it was found that the average daily indicators of harmful substances in the atmosphere were twice as high as the maximum allowable values.

It should be noted that the main factors contributing to the deterioration of air quality remain emissions from transport, heating systems in private homes, and unfavorable weather conditions.
