Akyil Toktobaev, the Minister of Natural Resources, introduced the new First Deputy Minister to the team.
According to the ministry, Zhenish Seydaliev's appointment took place in accordance with Article 18 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Cabinet of Ministers".
Deputy ministers, as well as heads of various departments and managers of the central office, were present at the ceremony.
Brief biography of the new First Deputy Minister:
Zhenish Kanybekovich Seydaliev is an expert in the mining industry, economics, and management. Until 2016, he held various positions in private and international companies, dealing with law, management, and supporting international projects in Kyrgyzstan.

- 2018–2020 — Deputy Head of the Foreign Economic Activity Department at JSC "Kyrgyzaltyn";
- 2019–2021 — Advisor to the General Director of LLC "Altynken";
- 2020–2021 — Head of the Foreign Economic Activity Department at JSC "Kyrgyzaltyn";
- 2021 — Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Kyrgyzaltyn" on compliance with international LBMA standards;
- 2021–2022 — Member of the Board of JSC "Kyrgyzaltyn", Deputy Chairman of the Board for Economic Affairs, Finance, and Investments;
- 2021–2022 — Member of the Board of CJSC "Kumtor Gold Company";

Seydaliev holds a higher education degree in economics and management, as well as a legal education. He is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English. He is married and raising four children.
