In their response, the GIK explained that "sometimes different queues may be displayed in the personal account and in 'Tunduk.' This is due to glitches on the portal. In such cases, citizens can contact our office. However, in most cases, the information matches and is available for tracking both in the personal account and in 'Tunduk.'
The differences in the general list are explained by the fact that we have not updated it yet, as we are in the process of updating the website.The GIK recommends relying on the data from the personal account or 'Tunduk' and seeking assistance in case of discrepancies.
