According to the provided information, several directors who had worked in their positions for more than five years were dismissed. Although after the government competition some vacancies were filled with new specialists, the remaining positions remain unoccupied.
Among the institutions without leadership are:
the kindergartens "Nur-El" in the village of Ak-Chiy and "Nur-Al" in the village of Zhanı-Tilek of the Kara-Bürgön rural district;
"Tereke-Bereke" in the village of Terek, "Aidos" in the village of Ügüt, as well as "Aizura" and "Zhash balaty" in the village of Bayetov of the Bayetov rural district;
and "Böböktay" in the village of Zhanı-Talap of the Togolok-Moldo rural district.
At the moment, the educators of these institutions are temporarily fulfilling the duties of directors.
The deputy head of the education department of the Ak-Talinsky district, Dinara Isamanbetova, noted that the problem lies precisely in the low salary, which discourages candidates from seeking these positions.
"The ministry regularly holds competitions for vacant positions, but no one comes due to the low salary. Currently, there are no directors in 7 kindergartens. The directors of 'Aizura' and 'Zhash balaty' in the village of Bayetov left voluntarily a couple of months ago," D. Isamanbetova reported.
As for the other five kindergartens, their directors were dismissed after a five-year term of work. New leaders have not been appointed in these institutions for over a year. Low salaries remain the main reason for the lack of candidates for these positions," she added.
Directors of kindergartens express their dissatisfaction, pointing out that in recent years, the salaries of teachers and educators have slightly increased, as have the salaries of school directors, while the salary for kindergarten directors has remained at the same level. Meanwhile, the workload has not decreased, and they currently receive between 16,000 to 20,000 soms per month.
