Ulan Akmatov was born on November 23, 1988.
He completed his studies at the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn, earning a degree in "Regional Studies" from 2006 to 2011, and then pursued a master's degree in "History" from 2014 to 2016.
His professional journey includes the following stages:
- From 2011 to 2013, he worked as a history and social studies teacher at secondary school No. 46, located in the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek;
- From 2013 to 2016, he held the position of extracurricular activities organizer at the same school;
- From 2016 to 2018, he served as the deputy director for educational work at secondary school No. 46;
- In 2018-2019, he worked as a chief specialist in the Issyk-Ata district education department;
- Since 2019, Akmatov has been the director of the Makish Koibagarov school in the Issyk-Ata district of the Chuy region.
Additionally, from 2020 to 2024, he also serves as a deputy of the rural council of Nurmanbet.
