On January 29, the Chairman of the Social Fund Bakhtiyar Aliyev demonstrated the new automated system designed to optimize the fund's operations, enhance its efficiency, and improve the quality of service for citizens. It is also aimed at reducing the processing time for applications and minimizing corruption risks.
As noted in the government statement, "the automated system significantly eases the process of receiving pensions, freeing citizens from the need to gather paper documents. Information will be automatically collected by the system, which will shorten the application review times. Additionally, a high level of personal data protection and counteraction to cyber threats is ensured."
