On January 28, 2026, representatives of the presidential envoy's office in the Talas region, together with employees of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush," conducted an on-site inspection to assess the progress of construction work at the complex.
It is known that the area of the museum will increase from 450 to 1500 square meters as part of the reconstruction. The new facility will be designed in a modern and national architectural style. The construction work is being carried out under the supervision of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush," which is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Construction. The main goal of the project is to create a cultural and tourist center that can accommodate up to 10,000 visitors per day.
The project also includes the construction of a modern congress hall, five guest houses with a total area of 1000 square meters, and a two-story administrative building. In addition, the expansion of the complex's territory is planned. This is the first large-scale reconstruction of "Manas Ordo" in the last three decades.
We remind you that on November 13, 2025, President Sadyr Japarov laid a time capsule during his working trip to the Talas region, marking the beginning of the reconstruction of the "Manas Ordo" complex.
It is expected that the completion of the construction work will coincide with the celebration of the 35th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan's independence.
