The proceeds from the sale will be used to support Mahabat Tajibek kyzy and women in the colony
Mahabat Tajibek kyzy, a journalist sentenced to six years in prison, created a graphic portrait of the famous writer Chyngyz Aitmatov. Currently, the artwork is available for purchase as part of a charitable campaign.

The funds raised from the sale will be directed to support Mahabat herself, as well as women in places of detention. This initiative is a symbol of solidarity and a demonstration that even in difficult conditions, one can maintain inner freedom and hope.
The portrait was created using artistic graphics on drawing paper. Graphite pencils of various hardness levels were used in the work, along with techniques of hatching and blending. The composition connects the image of the writer with the landscape, giving the artwork additional meaning and depth. The size of the painting is 55 by 77.5 centimeters.
The price of the portrait is 7,700 soms. If necessary, it can be framed.
Both the author and the organizers of the sale hope that the painting will find its new owner — a person for whom art and humanity are important.
