The investigator "O.G.O.", taking advantage of his official position, extorted $3,000 from "K.u.O.", despite the existence of a refusal material in the fraud case. Acting as an intermediary between them was police captain "S.N.S.", an investigator from the Aravan district police department.
The operational actions led to the detention of "O.G.O." and "S.N.S.", who were caught red-handed while receiving $1,600 and placed in the investigative isolation ward of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan.
