In the Chuy region, an employee of the Internal Affairs Department of the Jayil District was detained on suspicion of extorting a bribe. This information was provided by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).
According to the received data, on January 13, an investigator from the investigative service named J.A.Z. was arrested for extorting a bribe of 150,000 soms for terminating a criminal case.
The detainee is currently in the temporary detention facility of the SCNS.
The statement also notes that the SCNS is conducting further operational and investigative actions to identify possible accomplices.
