The employees of the Administrative Court of Osh region became the subject of detention due to suspicions of document forgery and fictitious employment of citizens of Kyrgyzstan, according to the State National Security Committee (GKNB).
GKNB specialists revealed that the court employees abused their powers by creating fictitious records of employment for so-called "dead souls." Individuals with the initials "O.N.O.", "A.u.B.", and "K.u.B." participated in the conspiracy, misleading about the employment activities of non-existent workers for personal gain.
These actions caused significant material damage to the state, undermined the reputation of the judicial system, and created a negative moral and psychological climate among the employees of the Administrative Court of Osh region.
As a result of the collected materials, the investigative department of the GKNB for the Osh region initiated a criminal case under Article 337 (abuse of official position) of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. Within the framework of this case, the head of the office and other responsible court staff were detained and placed in a detention center.
